Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form

To return your product, please fill this form. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email containing the return procedure and your confirmation number.

A return fee will be deducted from the credit for missing packaging material, accessories or documentation. After verification of the merchandise, the amount is credited to your account.

Important:

Returned product without authorization number will be refused. Your return number is valid for 10 days.
The return shipping charges are your responsibility, unless you are returning a defective product or because of an error.
You are responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the returned product. For your own protection, please use an insured transport service.
