IMAZ Distribution reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card or your account charged. If your credit card or your account charged has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit to your credit card or your account in the amount of the charge.

IMAZ Distribution reserves the right to refuse the inscription of any applicant.
Inscription is revocable by IMAZ Distribution without cause at any time.
Inscription is available to qualifying businesses.
Inscription is non-transferable and can only to be used by the individual representing the company to whom it been issued.

Terms of Payment
All prices are in Canadian $ dollars. All purchases must be payed using IMAZ Distribution Website payment system or using the company account.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all taxable transactions in accordance with all applicable laws.

Shipping
IMAZ Distribution offers shipping in Canada and United-States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and to a few geographic areas. Should your address fall outside normal delivery areas, you will be contacted and informed of any additional shipping charges.

If you order more than one item
Your shipping rate is automatically adjusted to your entire order's weight and dimensions.

Shipping Methods
Most merchandise are delivered by Groupe IMAZ and carriers such as FedEx and Canada Post. These companies deliver your merchandise to your door.The delivery time-frame may vary from 1 to 21 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track where your order is. You may also view your Order Status by logging into your online account and clicking My Orders.

Verification
Our distribution center can make some verification before shipping your order. Transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error.

Returning products
Your satisfaction is important to IMAZ Distribution. If the product have a defect or a problem, you can ask to exchange or return it by following these conditions:

Your request must be made within the 5 following days of the reception or your order.

The product must be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped and including it's undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage, with all its accessories and documentation like the instruction manual, leaflet and the warranty card.

No return will be accepted without an authorization number.

You must fill and send the following form: Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form
